I have this rope and its a disapointment, no weight to it, cheaply made, and it came in just a plastic bag no instructions to adjust and so on. Its a shame i have been using Buddy lees ropes since 2011 with no issues. But this seems more like a gimmick product come on Buddy Lee your better than this.

Another to add to my collection jump rope to me is more than fancy tricks. It's all about endurance, timing, foot work, coordination, and mental strength.
